What we don’t offer

  • Pesticides, fungicides, or insecticides. We are all organic gardeners at home and will take the same approach with your garden.
  • Plastic membrane. It doesn’t work.
  • Power tools where there’s an appropriate human scale solution. We have a range of tools for different jobs.
  • New materials, unless it makes sense. We want to limit our ecological impact and do what’s right for you. We’re creative and adept at solution finding.
  • Working on loads of different gardens in one day. We are a small team and we schedule work to be able to spend time on gardens and have space to move tasks around when life inevitably happens or the weather doesn’t play ball.

Why us?

We are experienced gardeners. We will take the time to hear what you would like. 😀

We know our plants. After all, we run a plant nursery! We aren’t likely to rip out prized perennials. We pay attention to what plants need to thrive. 🏵

We work with permaculture ethics at the core of what we do: care of the earth, care of people, and respectful use of resources. 🌏

We will help you garden ecologically, creating a beautiful space for you and for wildlife. Never using harmful chemicals. 🐝

Our members Carol, Ryan, Dominic, and Harry run the organisation and understand plants and soil health. We are a not-for-profit, which means any profits pay workers and grow gardens. 🌀
