Events and courses

If for whatever reason we have to reschedule, move, or cancel the event or course, we will inform ticketholders at the earliest opportunity. You may be due a refund if you’re unable to attend the rearranged event/course.

If you purchase a ticket and later decide you can not attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else for no charge if giving notice by email. If you need to cancel your purchase, you can do so up to 7 days before the event or course and are entitled to a refund minus a £10 admin fee + any booking fees. If you cancel within 7 days of the event or course, we will not issue a refund.

Mail order sales

We offer a refund to customers if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel/return. You have another 14 days to return the goods once youve told us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
